Happy Birthday Adam! (3 days ago)

Adam's birthday was Monday and Caleb and I visited him at school with his favorite cake and ice cream. A lot of his classmates were able to come and celebrate too. We (well they) sang "Happy Birthday" in Russian. There were a few German students around so we invited them and they sang the song in German. We also had a few Asian students come by to share in the celebration, they missed the singing though. It was nice to be able to spend that time with Adam and his classmates at his school.

30 minus 1

Look at Caleb's fake smile. He's learning how to courtesy smile.

Mmmmm...

Does he look ready to eat or what!

We went to Joe's Crab shack for his birthday dinner

Then we went to a family fun place with batting cages, air hockey (I won the first game, and he won the next 3 games), and ski ball. Fun times! It was an enjoyable birthday for the whole fam! Next year we're going to have to have a big birthday blow-out!

OH MY GOSH! I remembered Adam's birthday on like the 13th and told myself that it was coming up, and I was going to call. I totally spaced it. I'm retarded! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Adam! It looks like it was a fun day :)

Those pictures remind me of when I used to go and visit Ryan at school with the boys. Good memories!!

Caleb is a cutie! I love that "fake" smile. Those are the best. Keep in touch. I have a blog set up. I just have to post stuff.

Hey there Jen! Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you...life has been so busy...looks like for you too since you've been such a slacker on your blog! Well, sadly no herm get togethers since you've left...what can I say, you were the life of the party!!! I'm hoping to see Chelsey soon because I want to hear all about her trip to the DR. It' looks like I'm too late with the cake recipe though...sorry about that! That chocolate one looks divine though! YUM! Well, I don't have much time now either, but I just wanted to respond so you knew I was alive and well! I can't wait to hear details about your new settlement out in Arizona! How are things?? I'll be wating for a new blog post with all the details!

Hey Adam! I don't know if you remember me or not but I'm Kevin Newton from Jacksonville Beaches Ward. I was your junior home teaching companion while you were here. I would like to wish you and Jennifer a huge congratulations for the birth of your son! Whether you know it or not your example in the gospel has had a great effect on my life. In fact I'm going to enter the MTC Oct 15th for the Indiana Indianapolis Mission. Best wishes. You can reach me at kscottnewton@gmail.com.

С днем рождения! I hope that works, I totally copied it from another on-line site. If it didn't work, it's suppose to say happy birthday in russian. That is so cool what you guys have accomplished! Caleb is so stinkin' cute! He looks really big and strong! I read your posting about how you get sad when you think of him growing up and it just won't be the same cuteness as right now, and I totally know what that is. Can you beleive that Tobie is 6 already! I look at him now and imagine him when he was so tiny like Hannah, and I get all teary because I miss my baby, I am such a weinie! I hope you'll check out my blog, I keep up with that more than I do the facebook. Congrats again and I am going to add you to my blog contacts so we can get in touch.
